The internship for Mingram Spain lasted two months, from May to July of 2022, consisting of over 140 hours of work. The assignments included translation work, market analysis of Latin American countries and determination of laws supporting mental health services abroad.

The principal assignment was an intensive investigation into the Latin American market to gather statistics on the public market and potential competitors. By examining data collected on Latin American companies, I concluded that Mexico, Argentina and Brazil qualify most for a successful expansion. These three countries hold potential for future development, where psychological and counseling services are already prevalent. With legal support, these companies have laid the framework for spreading the critical message of supporting mental health within the workplace. As this message continues to become popularized, it creates a more willing workforce to purchase services from companies like Mindgram. The marketing department at Mindgram Spain can leverage this research to further company goals in future operations.
